Klean Kanteen Cozy

I love my new Klean Kanteen that I snatched from my mom... :) It was making my hands really cold though (and I was dropping it A LOT!), so I made a cozy for it:


It was originally supposed to be one piece that fit like a sleeve...but I measured wrong (I really need to work on my measuring skills!) So I added the buttons, I kind of like how it turned out.

Best part? It has a handle!

T-shirt Recon to Skirt

Today was the first time I busted out my trusty sewing machine in...well, it's longer than I care to mention. But I'm addicted all over again. I tried my hand at a cute t-shirt to skirt recon that I'm quite satisfied with. I've been enjoying wearing skirts made out of t-shirt material lately, so I thought why not?

I get addicted to browsing through Craftster every once and a while and decided to use an idea I saw there a while back.A little shorter and I think it would look really cute with tights. What do you think?
